I believe everyone has an intrinsic goodness. Knowing your goodness provides you with the foundation to tackle the bigger issues in life. These stories or messages are inhibiting you from embracing your goodness.
As your therapist I will guide you towards identifying, acknowledging, and taking control of these stories. My goal is to help you understand where you are, develop a plan of action, and implement that plan. My hope is that you will be able to walk away from therapy with the tools you need in order to overcome future obstacles.
The ability to be a guide to individuals in embracing their goodness and participating in the process is beyond beautiful. To be a part of change is exhilirating and heartwarming. I love the fact that I get to participate in something so life giving.

My typical process for working with a new client involves gaining an understanding of what the client is looking to work on and discussing with the client in short what form of work we will be doing within the sessions.
From there next steps involve best times for sessions and insurance coverage etc.
