About this pro

I love to help people thrive. I tee you up to knock it out of the park.

First we assess where you are and where you want to be.  Then I provide you with a roadmap, positive support, feedback, tools, and encouragement. Your autonomy is always respected, while challenging you to think differently or suggest that you try a different or even more radical approach than you normally would. It’s never my job try to control a client’s thoughts, actions or life, only help guide, encourage and support your best efforts.

Helping people thrive.  We need people in our corner helping us knock it out of the park.  That's my favorite part.  Helping clients no longer need me - as they have learned the skills and tools they need to thrive.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We set up time to chat and see if it is a good fit.  We discuss what goals the client wants to have as well as how I help my clients step into their greatness.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have a Masters degree in Health Promotion from the University of Alabama.  I am fully trained in Emotional Release Therapy, Holistic Counseling, Grief Counseling and Mindfulness & Meditation. I am also a certified brain health coach.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.

My individual rates for therapy are $100.00 per session. I do take HSA funds/cards, debit, credit, cash and check but not traditional insurance.

How did you get started in this business?

I've always loved helping people and helping them step into a better and healthier life for themselves.

I realized after finishing up my masters degree that I needed to step into more of one on one therapy and help individuals. I've never looked back and I adore what I get to do.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I work with clients of all ages (infant to 99 years old). Men and women and children.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?

Find someone who helps you step into your greatness.  Find someone to help you thrive, move forward and learn new tools and skills.  Find someone who pours into you and helps you take the next right step in your healing.

What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?

What are your goals?

What do you want out of this?
