I opened my own business in January 2019 after working for 2 years for a local counseling agency.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I have an initial conversation with the client including why they are seeking therapy, what their goals are, and how soon they would like to start this process. I ask about their insurance and point them to intake forms to be completed prior to the first appointment.

MA in Counseling

I submit to client's insurance or they may pay a cash fee of $110 per session.
