Healing Bell Reiki

My professional path in the healing arts began in 2009 at the Finger Lakes School of Massage Therapy in Ithaca, NY. In this space, my understanding of holistic health deepened with hands on study while exploring a range of modalities to help bring tension and pain relief to the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual body. Along with massage training, I was initiated into the Western Usui Reiki tradition. Developing a massage therapy practice alongside Reiki has been an organic process for me. With over a decade in the holistic arts, I still find the experience of energy work fused with physical bodywork to be a unique and beautifully transformative experience. My education and training has continued with studies in sound healing, Reiki Master initiation, and Hawaiian bodywork from Sacred Lomi; a form of massage that uses energetic awareness, breath work and flowing movement to release tension from the body on many levels.
