I am a “keeping it real” counselor! People appreciate the REAL compassion, REAL support, and the REAL tools-for-insight they receive. As a certified pastoral counselor and Imago life coach, I understand how to empower others and support them so that they can HEAL, RECOVER, and DISCOVER the path for their greater good.

Not only am I well-trained and educated, counseling is one of my gifts. I'm thankful that my life's work allows me to be me!

The best gardener is the one who enjoys having their hands in the soil and their heart is filled with joy before they actually see the flower...

In many ways, I identify with the gardener. I see beauty and possibilities in every client before the rose is on the vine. I hold hope for all of my clients and remind them who they are even if they feel "lost".

I'm an eternal optimist. The glass is always half full; never half empty.

It is a privilege to help others in the midst of their living.
