
Coaching is observing existing thinking, values, behavior, and language patterns; establishing specific goals; figuring out hidden “blockers”; and supporting you (my partner(s) in co-discovery to make a plan of action. We will all follow that plan to achieve the desired results.
Coaching is creating a deep respect and rapport whereby you feel comfortable, and most of all safe, to move from a “felt stuck” place to success. These are the most gratifying reasons for me in coaching.
