I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has over 10 years experience serving people trying to change and improve their lives. I am passionate about creating a safe space for you to share your concerns, fears, and challenges. You will find care, compassion, and a non-judgmental response that will validate your experience, while empowering you to improve your life.

My practice only provides teletherapy, with a focus in addictions and mood disorders, such as depression and anxiety. Teletherapy allows increased flexibility that can accommodate busy schedules and provides easy accessibility. I service clients in DC, Maryland, and Virginia.

I enjoy connecting with others, watching clients grow while doing inner work, and reaching their goals. It is an honor to be a part of the process of people discovering inner strengths they may have not been aware of, and witnessing how their lives begin to transform.

My counseling style is warm, down to earth, and interactive. I use a variety of therapy modalities that I would uniquely tailor to fit you and your needs.
