About

Hi I'm Tiffany. I think I offer a wide variety of service for total wellness and healing for my clients.

I am a certified addiction recovery coach, a certified abuse recovery coach, a non denominational minister, a counselor, certified in essential oils, and am studying to become a master herbalist.

I use a variety of practices and methods to give my clients all the aspects of healing that they are looking for. I'm a big believer in natural aspects of healing and that having a trauma experienced coach/counselor is paramount for those dealing with the aftermath of trauma. I'm the mother of an abuse victim and have been thru extreme trauma with that situation and others. I know what worked for me to help my healing process and those are the things I share with others who are on similar journeys.

My most common demographics are those who I most closely relate with- as a mom of an abuse survivor who is medically complex- I find that working with parents of abuse survivors (who may or may not have been abused themselves) and parents of special needs or medically complex children who face high stress situations is my calling. I also have a heart for veteran and military populations who may be dealing with addiction and mental health issues and I have specialized training in that area as well.

I'm a huge believer in journaling and inner child work. I offer a free trauma journaling page on Facebook https://www.facebook.com/Tiffany-Clark-Barber-CARC-journaling-and-private-coaching-348186709587908/

I am a trauma survivor myself and working with those in my chosen communities helps me deal with those things. I'm also a parent of a survivor who is medically complex and I feel like the experiences I've lived thru, paired with my training give me a bit of insight that others may not have.

Frequently asked questions

As opposed to a typical intake form that has pretty standard questions, I ask new clients to participate in a free consult first to get a feel for our repore and find out what they are dealing with and which areas they are intrested in working with- herbal support, essential oils, journaling, sessions etc.

After our consult I ask them to write, in their own words, what they are looking for in a coach and which interventions they want to pursue. I also ask them to give me as much information as they are comfortable with about themselves to work towards those goals- emotional, physical, mental. Once I have that I formulate their plan of care and present it to them and we decide if they are ok with the plan I presented or if it needs to be tweaked, then we move forward with the plan that the two of us agree on.

Certified abuse recovery coach, certified addiction recovery coach, certified counselor, ordained non denominational minister, specialized training for LGBTQIAA populations, speaclized training for veteran and military populations for PTSD and addiction, and some cognitive behavioral therapy training.
