This is a great service that is heavily utilized during times like the recent COVID-19 pandemic. In fact, we even offer mail-in COVID testing that can be done from your very own home with or without the oversight from one of our team members.

Phone consultation to acquire intake information about the patient/client.
Registration into our unlimited access to healthcare program, PreMed or if this is a one time appointment, pre-payment for services.
