Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I like to hear from client about ehat there current narrative is and what they would like it to be. I do this either over the phone or in person. This initial meeting helps to establish how long we need to meet and if this relationship is the right one for the client. I responded within 2-4 hours to set up the initial contact. The initial contact will take between 30-45 minutes and its free of charge.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor. I have extensive training in Narrative Therapy, Cogntive Behavior Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. I also have extensive experience in group counseling as well.

What types of customers have you worked with?

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
I would highly encourage someone looking for counseling services to see if the relationship is what you want. Dont feel obligated to work with someone you are not comfortable working on your goals. This should be someone you don't mind being challenged by and feel safe sharing yourself.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
1. What are the want to accomplish?
2. What is the commitment level that you have to the process?
3. How much time do you have to dedicate to the process?
