What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Before your session I will ask what you are feeling, what is going on with your body, and what you would like to accomplish from your bodywork session. I will take your feedback and combine it with what I find during your massage.
During the session it is common that I will use several modalities as I work with interdependent muscle groups to produce thorough results. You will have the experience of feeling rejuvenated and refreshed.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Sarah graduated from Steiner/Cortiva Institute of Massage in Crystal Lake with top honors.
Have worked in various settings: franchise spas, hotel spa, chiropractor clinic, solo practitioner.
