About
With over 25 years of experience, I have an eclectic background including extensive international work. Areas of practice include working with children, teens, families, and adults from a strengths-based, positive psychology perspective. I am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional Level ll with a strong background in working with vulnerable populations and people who have experienced trauma. Facilitating healing and equipping people to navigate their lives in a value driven manner are key areas of focus. In my work with children, I have extensive experience in treating childhood anxiety and behavioral challenges.
Relational based, Trauma focused, Acceptance Commitment Therapy, Internal Family Systems, and sensory based interventions are key areas of my practice. I use experiential therapy techniques to facilitate the development of positive coping strategies and address stress, trauma, anxiety, and depression. Empowerment and healing are important parts of my work.
I am here to listen and to help. I endeavor to meet you where you are at and to help you achieve the changes that you want to make in your life, in your family, and in your relationships. If you are seeking support for your child or teen, you will find a nurturing and enriching space for young people to learn, grow, and develop skills.
