My name is Kimberly Pacheco, LMHC. For the past 10 years, I have been practicing in the Northdale area of Tampa Bay specializing in Grief, Loss and Trauma. I am versed in working with children, teens and adults.
I love walking beside individuals in their time if need. To be able to be part of their healing, watching their resiliency grow and to see the strength of the human spirit! It is an honor to be a very small helper in their story of life!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a therapist in the Tampa Bay area for the past 6 years working with children, teens and adults who have been impacted by death, abuse and/or trauma in their lives. I am the Associate Director of Suncoast Kids Place, a grief and loss center for children, teens and adults. I did all of my intern experience with the Crisis Center of Tampa Bay doing trauma therapy with abuse survivors. For three years with CCTB, I worked on a national project as a Research Therapist partnering with USF and the National Alliance of Mental Health providing Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Stepped Care Therapy to children between the ages of 4-12 and their caregivers.
I am certified in TF-CBT and Accelerated Resolution Therapist.

My standard rates are $125 for first session and $90 for 50 min. session. Sliding scale rates are available.
