What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I gather some information about them and what issues they would like to work on and then we book an appointment. There is client intake form to be filled out and then I order up the APS profile test for them to take at home which takes about 8-10 minutes. I receive the results and we have another session together to go over it and proceed from there.
