What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A quick interview either over phone or text to get a feel of what the clients needs are and I try to come up with a plan right there with them. From their I will make the appointment with the client and the rest is history!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Im fairly new to this but I went to massage school and graduated with the full 750 hours and all my clients from school have stuck with me thus far!
How did you get started in this business?
I got started in this business beacause I wanted to help people just relax and let go of stress even if just for an hour at a time. I decided to take up massage school myself mainly because massage worked wonders for me so I wanted to pay it forward and help others.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with various types of clientele, ranging from easy going to very precise detail work.
Mostly my clients are all for relaxing full body swedish that is what I cater to the most.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Ask them for their license number and verify they are for real and ask what schooling they may have.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
