So what can you expect? The first time we meet we will have a free phone consult to determine your needs and whether or not I would be the best fit for you or your family. If we decide that I am a good option, we will schedule our intake. Prior to your intake, I will email you paperwork to fill out and sign. I will review this information before our first appointment. You will be asked to access your personalized online client portal and create a unique password which you will be asked to use each time we have a session. Intakes typically take 45 minutes to an hour. During this time I will ask you an extensive amount of questions to ensure I have all of the essential information I need to start formulating a treatment plan. Your treatment plan creation will be a collaborative process between you and me, this may take a couple of sessions. After the Intake, we will schedule our 1st session. During this time I may ask you more questions. Usually, during the 1st or 2nd session, our real work begins. Sessions last between 45 mins to an hour. Sometimes we may reevaluate our goals and set new objectives. If you ever have any questions or concerns, feel free to contact me.

I graduated from the University of New England with a Master’s Degree in Social Work. Since then, I have worked in Rhode Island with adults, adolescents, and children specializing in anxiety, depression, mood disorders, grief and loss, trauma, post-traumatic stress disorder, domestic abuse, family and couples’ therapy, eating disorders and self- empowerment. I earned an associate’s degree in Mental Health and a bachelor’s degree in Psychology. During my undergraduate program, I received extensive training on domestic abuse and trauma. I have worked with couples and families in an office-based setting. I have worked with adolescents in an intensive crisis stabilization program in a home-based setting.

Individual psychotherapy session $90 (45 minutes) 

Individual psychotherapy session $120 (1 Hour) 

Couples & family psychotherapy session $120 (45 minutes) 

Couples & family psychotherapy session $ 160 (1 Hour) 

Booster session Individual psychotherapy $70 (30 minutes) 

Booster session couples and family psychotherapy $90 (30 minutes)

I have had a gift for this work my entire life. Growing up all of my surrounding friends and family knew the profession I would go into. My work is my passion and I believe when you love what you do, you provide the highest quality of care to the clients you serve.
