Our approach is unique because we don't rely on talking alone. When you get stuck, we offer alternatives. Our goal is to help you get where your trying to go with respect for your time. We also strive to reduce any barriers that might prevent your from getting started. To do so, we will meet you where your at (in home or virtually).
We are all about getting to know your unique story and helping you improve your narrative, and feel honored to walk the path with you. We specialize in restorative treatments that focus on improving symptoms related to stress, trauma and anxiety.

We our fee for service and work with a sliding scale. We also accept Cigna, MagnaCare and work out of network with many insurances companies.
