About
I have not met a human being alive today that is not somehow impacted by mental health, suicide, and addiction. Whether it is a personal impact or loving someone that has been impacted, the struggle is there nonetheless. I do believe that no one has to go through the struggle alone. I am honored when I join my clients in their journeys to building a better life. I am trained in a variety of different modalities and feel that it is important that we work together as a team to meet your goals. "I dare you to take off the mask of perfection and show up as you are. Feel the freedom. Because when we are real, we heal."
I have been trained in many different types substance abuse therapies, TF-CBT, and DBT. I want to provide my client the nonjudgemental space they need to talk, to heal, and to grow. My biggest priority is to begin by making a genuine, human connection and then work towards reaching goals and aspirations.
Coming to this website took courage because it is taking the initial step towards healing and growing. I understand that reaching out to begin therapy can feel intimidating. My hope is to welcome you with open arms to begin this journey together. I prefer to connect on the phone prior to meeting so you get a sense of who I am before our first session.
