Central Counseling offers results based therapeutic services for individuals struggling with a variety of issues such as depression, anxiety, couples counseling, family counseling, autism, aspergers, trauma and abuse, and life transitions.

I believe that every individual has within them the ability to create powerful and lasting change through self-exploration, discovery, and creativity. You have the ability and power to make changes in your life that produce health and happiness.

Our experiences, our relationships, our upbringing..... They shape us, but they do not define us. Only we can do that. No matter where you have come from or what you carry with you, it’s possible to walk a new road, and to begin to write your own story. You have inside of you the potential to rise above all that stands in your way and to live your life to the full, with strength, peace, and joy.

At Central Counseling, it is my hope to see people have healthy, enriched lives that live up to the aspirations the individual desires and beyond. I believe that every individual deserves the opportunity to break free from past experiences and pain which continue to plague them today and I believe that the individual also deserves the opportunity to learn new tools to prepare for obstacles that may lie ahead.
