I provide services to children, teens and adults. I believe everyone has a purpose in life, and I come along side my clients to help them with whatever issues they are encountering to help them live a life of abundance. I provide Gottman Marriage Counseling to couples, which is evidenced based treatment that starts with an assessment each spouse takes. I provide the couple with their relationship strengths and growth areas and tailer treatment to help the marriage become healthy, thriving and loving.

I provide Family, Group and Individual Therapy as well. Some of the issues I treat most are depression, anxiety, self- esteem, divorce, trauma, family conflicts, domestic violence, suicide ideation, relationship problems and fatih issues.

Counseling people is the great joy in my life. It's a gift to have the opportunity to help clients discover how to live their best life. I have always been passionate about helping others, and learning better ways to counsel children, teens, adults, marriages and families. Counseling has been a rewarding career for me whether I am the lead Clinician at Head Start Family Center, the Dual Diagnosis Coordinator at an Outpatient Clinic for Adults, or in my private practice providing children play therapy or Gottman marriage counseling. Each client I work with receives tailored services to fit his/her individual needs. The journey I take with each client is different and rewarding. I work with serveral different mediums to help clients grow towards their goals like talk therapy, art therapy, sand tray therapy, play therapy, family therapy and music therapy. I have used narrative therapy with clients in becoming the author of their life story, empowering them to rewrite their life to fit their desires and goals.

I have a Masters in Clinical Psychology from California State University, Fullerton and an Bachelors of Science in Psychology from Point Loma Nazarene University. I have 10 plus years experience working with children, teens and adults. I have experience providing family, marriage and group therapy as well.
