Hello there! I am a previous therapist who has shifted my focus into coaching people on aspects of their life which they strive to enhance. I believe each individual has the ability to make changes, and I am honored to be apart of that process. I come with a collaborative approach to coaching. This approach allows space for me to give encouragement through suggestions and observations, but allows you the opportunity to decide what works for you. We will talk and brainstorm ways to give you the tools you need to succeed in the areas of life you would like to work on. With my mental health background and personal participation in coaching and therapy, I offer the unique ability to empathize with your process and allow you the space to be authentic without judgment. My goal is that you would leave every session feeling heard, validated, and have at least one takeaway that will help you move forward in your life.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Free 30 minute consultation to determine whether we are a good fit. Pro bono available for up to 6 sessions for financial circumstances. A treatment plan and tangible goals will be establised in consultation. I will also make referrals as I see fit.
