About

My special interests are in grief and loss over the lifespan, relationships, depression, anxiety, meaning of life issues, dealing with narcissistic parents or partner, women's issues, etc. My approach is eclectic and individualized to fit each client's needs. Clients tell me I am compassionate, honest, empathic, intuitive, calm, and supportive. The counseling process is about the client, so it's all about YOU! It's not my job to give you advice or be your friend. It's about walking the walk with you on what is your journey and how you can be most content along the way!

I was the founder, administrator and counselor for the Center for Grief & Loss Counseling and Education in Pueblo, Colorado from 2005-2010. Previous to that, I worked for Sangre de Cristo Hospice and Palliative Care in Pueblo, Colorado for 3 years in Supportive Services. Since 2010, I have been in private practice. I moved to Fort Collins, Colorado in January, 2018 and currently am also a provider for TalkSpace, a messaging, voice messaging, and live video therapy platform.

    Compassionate and patient
Lenore is incredibly skilled at making you feel comfortable and calm in the moment over messaging. She challenges you in such a compassionate way to help you see all sides of a struggle and have compassion for yourself. Certainly recommend her as a therapist.
