Perhaps you are stressed or anxious- maybe you're unsure about the next steps in your journey as you move on from one stage of your life to another, or just feel that your past is weighing on you. Maybe life as a young mother is overwhelming and/or you are a Millennial dealing with childhood trauma. Whatever your needs may be, I am here to offer support. I provide in person and online therapy services for children, adolescents, young adult women and young mother's in Colorado. I specialize in childhood trauma counseling (physical abuse, sexual abuse, emotional abuse & neglect).

My therapeutic style is to validate and support you, while challenging you to reach your therapeutic goals. My clients typically start services to heal from trauma, depression and/or anxiety or simply because of 2020! I guide my clients to find solutions in the context of their current life situation and experiences. I help my clients develop a variety of coping skills and tools to manage their symptoms and begin their healing process.

I am a Licensed Clinical social worker and Hold a Master's Degree in Social Work. Prior to private practice, I worked in the child welfare field and a mental health agency, helping children, adolescents and families in Colorado.
