I believe in helping my clients to live an empowered life. I have been a therapist for over 13 years. My clients learn how to use coping skills, process their pain, how to be assertive, and how to have boundaries to improve their quality of life. I provide therapy for individuals who need assistance with the following issues: trauma, PTSD, sexual addiction, codependency, EMDR II, family of origin, inner child, fear of intimacy, marital, family, individual, Neuro-emotional technique, and abuse.

I have been trained in EMDR I and II, Neuro-emotional technique, Post-inductive Therapy, Inner Child, and Feelings Reduction. I have trained with Pia Mellody for assisting clients in getting to the root of their issues. I help people with PTSD and trauma to better handle their emotional triggers.
