I've mentored, coached, counseled, and taught thousands of young people over the last 15 years.

I help people grow through conscientious and intentional creation of their own lives by helping them understand how to speak to themselves, decipher their emotions, and love themselves wholly through my hypnotherapy & coaching services.

I help people become the absolute best version of themselves by guiding them to recognize, understand, and transform old beliefs that hold them back or keep them stuck, using hypnotherapy to access the subconscious mind at a very deep level that invokes instant change.

I work with people to remove excess in their lives - help them quit smoking, reduce weight in their body, remove toxic energy accumulated through trauma, and release old behaviors/bad habits that prevent them from feeling good about themselves.

I help people renew and recharge their lives so they can move through each day with ease, becoming more and more comfortable in their own skin, their own bodies, and in their own lives.

We will have a free consult (Strategy Call) to determine exactly what you are looking to achieve or overcome.

Then we determine what package is right for you.

Then we set up a time to meet for a full session.

You will receive an audio to listen to for 30 days.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have a Master's degree in Teaching & Learning and a Bachelor's degree in Business Writing. I am a Licensed Hypnotherapist and Transformational Coach.

I've mentored, counseled, coached, and taught for over 15 years.

How did you get started in this business?

I worked with young people much of my life - mostly ages from 15 - 25 and know this mind well. I saw and knew the trauma they experienced so they inspired me to become a therapist.

Now I help these young men and women understand, reframe, release and heal old outdated ideas and beliefs that no longer serve them and then I help them to transform them into new, empowering, liberating beliefs.

I had a past life regression experience in 1993 which opened my mind to new ways to understand the mind. I began to teach about the mind and work toward helping others understand how their mind works as well. Now I can help people understand themselves at a very deep level, which helps them expand their consciousness and therefore their lives, and I really do appreciate that!

I have worked with many clients who have come to me for many different reasons.

I help people rebuild their lives after trauma or after the feeling of being sick and tired of feeling sick and tired.

I help people heal from old beliefs that just aren't true. I help people realized that they no longer have to carry these outdated beliefs. They can renew their thinking to transform their lives from the inside out...

I help people overcome addiction, anxiety, sadness, guilt, and anger, and I also help people with money blocks that prevent them from becoming more successful.

Describe a recent event you are fond of.

I received a message from a woman who was a student of mine 15 years ago who told me she'd be remiss if she didn't tell me as often as she does how grateful she is that I helped her see new truths within herself when she was 16.

Every time this one client ofmine meets with me, she always tells me how much she is learning.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?

Look for someone who has a genuine interest in your growth, and one who helps foster independence in mind, body, and spirit.

What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?

Ask themselves, "How much am I willing to heal?"
