About
As a counselor, I embrace various forms of counseling practices and respect all personal beliefs. For those that are interested, I incorporate spirituality such as meditation, Reiki, and prayer work into my counseling.
Additionally, I do EMDR and client-centered talk therapy. I particularly enjoy helping people discover “next steps” for themselves.
I believe counseling is a partnership in which we both learn more about ourselves and our place in the world.
I have had a part-time, private practice for 14 years. I am currently moving toward full-time. I am licensed by the state of Colorado. I’ve also been trained in EMDR and Equine Therapy.
We can meet face to face in a space I provide in Lafayette, Colorado, I can come to your home, or we can talk remotely. I charge $75/hr and currently do not take insurance. If I come to your home, I charge $85/hr.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I simply begin by asking what the individual wants to work on. If there is more than one issue, I help them prioritize which area would best serve them as a starting point.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I received my MA from Regis University in Denver, Colorado and I am a licensed LPC in the state of Colorado.
