I have a Masters degree Mental Health Counseling. I have been working as a counselor/coach for the last 17 years. I have a passion for helping people, I believe that no matter what your issues are, we can find a solution, everyone can live a happy life. We can Find Stable Ground and get you back on track. Some of the areas I specialize in are anxiety, depression, life skills, career and stress management, communication skills, setting boundaries, relationship and family issues, self-esteem, healthy relationships, and more.

I do not take insurance, I have a sliding scale.

Email and Text Counseling/Coaching​

$30 per week or $100 per month for twice a week email or texting.

Payment through Zelle for free or Venmo for an additional fee.
