I provide culturally sensitive and trauma-informed psychotherapy to individuals and couples.
I use an integrative approach that incorporates elements of Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) & trauma-informed practices. I use techniques such as hypnotherapy and EMDR to work through and heal traumas and subconscious limiting beliefs.
I also provide a 5 to 9 session therapeutic program for clients going through the “uncoupling” process.
I love helping clients work through issues like depression, anxiety, trauma, resentment & relationship issues and watching them triumph!

My fees have been set to reflect the cost of my formal education, lived experiences, professional licensure, trainings, and continuing education.
Individual counseling sessions are 55 minutes long and are $135/session.
Couples sessions are 60 minutes long and are $175/session.
Uncouples Counseling sessions are 60 minutes long and are $210/session
I use a HIPAA compliant credit card processing service. I accept all major credit cards, Venmo, Paypal, cash, and personal checks. I am an out-of-network provider and do not take insurance. I can provide a Superbill at the end of each month that you can submit for reimbursement. Please speak directly with your insurance company about your reimbursement options.

Clients come to me for talk therapy, EMDR, and hypnotherapy. Clients also come to me for help working through myriad issues, including manifestation, resolving trauma (including complex trauma/childhood wounds), identifying triggers, developing your wise mind, understanding your decision-making process, tapping into your intuition, trusting yourself, resilience building, relational skills, distress tolerance, disrupting cognitive distortions, understanding your personal thought and behavioral patterns, and restructuring patterns of behavior.
