Hi , Im a trauma specialist based out of Denver, CO. My focus is on treating C-PTSD and dissociative disorders. My clients often struggle with old thought patterns, trauma responses, and relationship struggles. Many people that are highly sensitive and empathic find a safe and mindful space in my practice. I use integrative and creative ways to help the individual heal from complex trauma. I am an Art Therapist, a Reiki master, EMDR certified and an EMDR consultant. I use a combination of evidence based trauma treatments (EMDR ) with creative ways to process and express (Art Therapy) while encompassing the mind, body and spirit (Reiki) in the healing process.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I have a 15 min phone consultaion to make sure we are a good fit and answer any questions you may have. Then I can schedule our first appointment. After the first appointment, if we both agree we are a good fit, I give you access to my online calandar where you can schedule days and times that are best for you as far in advance as you would like.
