I have been a licensed Therapist for 27 years and I was a Special Educator for 30 years with the Los Angeles Unified School District. I am married with one 29-year old son.
I am a down-to-earth person who has a natural ability to "see" into the hearts of others and to act as a facilitator to help people actualize their greatest visions and potentialities. I believe we all have unique gifts and that we are here on earth to become our greatest selves - not just for ourselves but so we can make a difference on the planet for others as well.
I feel that we are often striving for balance in body, mind, heart and soul, and when we strike that balance, we feel joyful and invigorated. While life can be challenging, it is also beautiful and precious.
Therapy with me is solution-focused, life-affirming and individualized for each client. My specialities are life purpose, stress management, successful relationships, women's empowerment, life transitions and spirituality. Counseling is done in a private, peaceful, confidential setting.
I do not take insurance. Payments are via PayPal
I enjoy interacting with my clients and empowering them to create the lives they choose. I love assisting people in gaining the tools that can help them live "on purpose" as opposed to living "by default".

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The cient can call me or email me. I will give a free half-hour consultation over the phone or in person and we can determine if it feels like the "fit" is right for both of us.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Liscensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I take 36 units of continuing education every two years.
