I take Cigna insurance, United Healthcare, Blue Shield, Optum and some EAP's.

My rates for cash/cc/check paying clients are reasonable at $70 a 60 minute session and $75for couples for families.

I offer on-line teletherapy through a platform called Simple Practice and can provide this service at night or when it is more convenient for the client. It is easy to use !

I went back to school later in life to become a therapist. I find it very rewarding and a privilege to work with people who are trying so hard to improve their lives. I am mindful of the trust they place in me and always strive to do my best for them.
