I read the rational recovery literature as you recommended. It makes a lot more sense today than it would have 2 yrs clean. The evolution of this thing is intriguing but I guess many people don't notice and don't let it happen. Thanks for always being there for me Mike.

Wendy has helped me so much with my health and overall wellbeing. Last year, I had a constant headache and was nauseated 24 hours a day, it was awful.
