About
I am a psychotherapist, coach, and consultant in Beverly Hills and Santa Monica, CA, where I conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions.
I have a special interest in transpersonal and depth psychology, including spiritual and transpersonal emergence, expressive arts therapies, ecotherapy, sexuality, LGBTQIA concerns, and transitional age youth (TAY). I enjoy working with clients of all ages on life transitions, personal growth, healing, and transformation.
I also works with artists, teachers, students, and professionals who are experiencing certain emotions, struggling in relationships, or having issues in their lives or careers. Or perhaps they are disconnected from themselves and have the need to find meaning and purpose. I support and guide them in their process of individuation and closer to what is an authentic and meaningful life.
My integrative approach includes attachment, psychodynamic, mindfulness, and spirituality. While considering the whole person- heart, soul, mind and body, I trust that each individual has the insight they need to navigate their distress. I use the term “depth emergence” to explain my orientation and approach. It stems from depth psychology, which emphasizes gaining access to the unconscious and bringing it into consciousness. While increasing awareness, one derives meaning, evolves, and transforms.
