Victoria Vogel, LMFT
About
I do both counseling and LENS Neurofeedback. The Neurofeedback enables change to happen more quickly for most clients. It is excellent for TBI or concussions. I work with both children and adults. It is excellent for ADHD and anxiety as well as for migraines, insomnia, depression and anger.
I am a seasoned therapist, thus I work with a wide range of challenges.
I love all kinds of people and challenges. I have had a natural and sincere joy for my work since I was a young clinician.
My work became even more fulfilling 8 years ago when I introduced LENS Neurofeedback because it is extremely effective and speeds up the transformative process.
My office is in Mill Valley across from Tamalpias High School and my website is EchoRockNeurotherapy.com. I do complementary intakes on both the phone and "in person". I am able to do the Neurofeedback without having contact with you during this time with the virus. And, I also do phone therapy.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We initially talk on the phone or you can have a complementary visit in the room next to mine. This way you see the Neurofeedback equipment and we talk through the computers.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I also do EMDR, Mindfulness Behavioral Cognitve Therapy and Somatic Therapy. I have studied and practiced Mindfulness Meditation for over 40 years and can incorporate this knowledge if you are interested. If you have no interest, I am absolutely fine with this.
I enjoy working with children, teens adults and couples.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
My fee is $250 per session. I sometimes have lower fees available. Call me, and we can talk about this. I am happy to give you a super bill with all appropriate codes to submit to your insurance for reimbursements. I am on some insurance panels, but most of my insurance slots are full.
How did you get started in this business?
I had wanted to be a therapist since the age of 13years.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with a wide range of ages, ethnicities, psychological/emotional challenges and sexual orientations.
I do specialize in ADHD, anxiety and head trauma.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I worked with a woman in her 40's who was on Medical Disability from a well known tech company. Her challenges drastically decreased after her first Neurofeedback session. She had no idea that many, many emotional and focus challenges are from the result of the accumulations of bumps to the head or light concussions from childhood on.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Talk with at least three therapists on the phone. Meet around three times with your first choice. If it doesn't feel right for any reason, meet with someone else. You need to feel comfortable and at ease.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Give yourself full permission to ask all the questions you want. Ask tough questions.
