Bailey & Haun Acupuncture
About
I began my professional life with a Bachelor’s degree in biology, working in environmental chemistry and molecular modeling. I received my degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine from the Pacific College of Oriental Medicine in 1999. I not only enjoy treating pain syndrome(i.e., back and neck pain, headaches, fibromyalgia, repetitive movement disorders such as carpal tunnel syndrome, shoulder strains) but also more internal problems (i.e., diabetic peripheral, allergies, uncomplicated asthma digestive disorders, stress and anxiety). I practice out of the Oceanside Acupuncture Clinic
It's very satisfying to see someone respond positively to the therapies when nothing else has given them relief.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I take in a new patient, the first thing we do is talk and from there I make an assesment using tools such as taking pulses, asking questions, taking blood pressure, palpating painful periods and watching movements, assessing ranges of motions. I also ask about the patient's sleep, eating habits and other lifestyle factors.
