We are a non profit training agency. We create sacred space for your story and growth as a human. We encourage healthy communication, safety, courage, integrity, diversity, fairness, and cohesion.

Insights is a team of professionals with Masters Level training and at different levels in obtaining state licensure. We are trauma informed and specialize in grief, PTSD, maternal depression, anxiety, among others.

Therapists are trained in EMDR, Family systems, EFT and many other modalities
