Welcome. Glad you’re reaching out. Therapy is something that’s beneficial for us all, as individuals and couples. My general goal is for clients to leave therapy feeling resolve with the issue at hand and overall enhanced emotional intelligence (communication, conflict resolution, and emotional regulation skills).
I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with 15 years experience. I attended NYU and Loyola Marymount University. I’ve worked at various agencies in Los Angeles including Cedar Sinai and Didi Hirsch Community Heath Center.
