Established in 2006, and recently reorganized as a non-profit agency, the mission at West Valley Counseling Center in San Fernando is to provide high quality, affordable therapy and family counseling in a private practice setting. Supported by client fees, fundraising activities and direct donations, our goal is to meet the needs of those who cannot afford, or do not have access to, these services due to economic circumstances.
