About
Pure Light Hypnosis offers hypnotherapy sessions, specialized in Past Life Regression therapy, and Parts Therapy (anxiety, life purpose, anger, depression, addictions etc) for healing and growth. It’s provided by Alessandra Sun, certified hypnotherapist and part of the National Guild of Hypnotherapists since 2013.
Each session at PLH, lasts about 1,5h and it is centered on the main goals of self-awareness (why and how certain patterns and challenges are present in someone’s life? How to integrate and move beyond them?), together with practical tools for healing and self-alignment aka solutions, to support the subconscious mind re-framing of the experiences.
Sessions are natural and easy. You’ll feel relaxed and in control at all times. Your sense of self awareness will increase, together with a deeper self love.
Hypnotherapy is not magic though, so your cooperation is really necessary!

Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
The price for a 1,5h-2hrs session is 120$ with flexibility upon requests.
Usually clients book a minimum of 3 sessions to make long lasting changes: the first session is usually centered on self awareness, where the client discoveres the core of the challenges they're experiencing. The second session, is dedicated to integrate and execute the plan of action to support the new findings, and the third session is for updates and reinforcement.
the 3 sessions package, is 300$ - with flexibility case by case.

I worked with clients that have been facing many range of challenging, from anxiety to addictions, anger management, fears and phobias, people with the desire to know who they really are and if there's anything beyond their perceptions of being a human being, self esteem issues, sexual issues, people who want to know their life purpose, and people who were simply curious!
