I have over 13 years of experience in health, nutrition, correctional training, fitness instruction and wellness coaching. I found my love for Massage Therapy and have 9 years experience enjoying that trade. Working with people to help them achieve a healthy and balanced life along with overall just feeling better is truly my passion.

I hold a professional certification through NASM in Exercise Science and Fitness Instruction. In addition, I am a Certified Nutritionist and Wellness Consultant through NASM. I am also Licensed Massage Therapist through NAMT.

My goal is to educate, support and empower everyone I work with!
