The way I practice depends entirely on what you need from me. Everyone struggles in different ways and thus, my approach to therapy is flexible. Whether you're struggling with depression, anxiety, relationship conflict, or you just want to function more optimally in your life, I can help.

I’m flexible. My approach depends on the client and the issues they want to address. I pull mostly from emotionally focused therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and CBT.
I’ve been trained in all of the above mentioned modalities. In addition, I teach emotionally focused therapy (an empirically supported treatment for couples) to graduate students at the University of the West.
I use a sliding scale. Therapy shouldn’t break the bank! The rates I can offer depend on the clients circumstances and the number of spots I have available at each price point. My fee scale ranges from $75-$160 per session.
