About
Welcome to All Mind Health!
You’ve found the resource for All Minds to heal from the stressors of life. From child to adult, we all have to face challenges with the tools we have on hand. Sometimes we’re faced with a completely unique situation that throws us through a loop, other times our old strategies stop working. Any new adjustment or prolonged challenge is bound to weigh on the mind, making it hard to manage or even ask for help. As you are already en route to improve your health, or to help a loved one, All Mind Health is here to help you reach your goal.
Through our sessions, we will build from your viewpoints, strengths, challenges, as well as approaches to solving problems, and combine with our years of training to craft the best solution-focused approach for you. Throughout the process, we will work together with you and your chosen support network (family, friends, doctors, educators, etc.) to constantly course-correct towards your goals. Yours is a unique path, and All Minds deserve Health.

Dr. Taitz specializes in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-i; the gold standard for insomnia treatment), Imagery Rehearsal Therapy (empirically proven for nightmare reduction), and Lucid Dreaming Therapy (a new treatment using your awareness of being in a dream). As improved sleep helps physical and mental health, we will work together to find the best sleep skills for you.
Dr. Taitz uses solution-focused therapy to build on all clients’ strengths with empathy and occasionally humor. He connects with youth through their favorite media and pop culture to develop creative solutions for personal and interpersonal success. Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
As All Minds have their own goals and interests, we will tailor our approach to match yours. Through Solution Focused Therapy, we will find the behaviors your successful self will engage in, as well as ways to bolster those skills and more to reach your goals. We combine your narrative with themes that speak to you (from culture, faith, media, and more) in order to see yourself as the hero of your own story. Whether conquering anxiety, depression, or adjusting to any issue, we will work with you and any collaborating doctors, teachers, and family members you permit as an allied health team.
Before your first visit, you will receive some initial forms to give us some initial background information about you, a measure of your distress, and a form to give you some information about how we keep your information private. In the first session, I'll review those privacy policies with you and gather more information about you (e.g. history of the problem and your approaches to solve it, family and medical history, etc.). From that information, we will give you some exercises to practice over the first week before we meet again to discuss the solution-focused approach to improve your wellbeing and measure our progress along the way!
