About
Welcome to All Mind Health!
You’ve found the resource for All Minds to heal from the stressors of life. From child to adult, we all have to face challenges with the tools we have on hand. Sometimes we’re faced with a completely unique situation that throws us through a loop, other times our old strategies stop working. Any new adjustment or prolonged challenge is bound to weigh on the mind, making it hard to manage or even ask for help. As you are already en route to improve your health, or to help a loved one, All Mind Health is here to help you reach your goal.
Through our sessions, we will build from your viewpoints, strengths, challenges, as well as approaches to solving problems, and combine with our years of training to craft the best solution-focused approach for you. Throughout the process, we will work together with you and your chosen support network (family, friends, doctors, educators, etc.) to constantly course-correct towards your goals. Yours is a unique path, and All Minds deserve Health.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
As All Minds have their own goals and interests, we will tailor our approach to match yours. Through Solution Focused Therapy, we will identify the behaviors your successful self will engage in and build on those strengths to help you reach your goals. We combine your narrative with themes that resonate with you, including culture, faith, media, and more, so you can see yourself as the hero of your own story. Whether you're working through anxiety, depression, or adjusting to life's challenges, we collaborate with you and, when appropriate, with your doctors, teachers, and family members as part of your care team. We currently accept Tricare/TriWest, Kaiser, and MHN and are happy to help verify your coverage and benefits.
Before your first visit, you will receive initial forms to provide background information, complete a measure of your current concerns, and review our privacy practices. During your first session, we'll discuss these forms, learn more about your history and goals, and begin developing a personalized treatment plan. You'll also receive practical exercises to work on between sessions so we can monitor your progress and continue building effective, solution-focused strategies to improve your well-being.
