As for couples (married or not), My process goes like this...Initially, I like to meet with each person individually. So, 1 on 1 at least for 1 or 2 sessions. I do this so that I am able to get your perspective on the relationship. I will also ask you some information about the past and a little about your up bringing, not too much but enough to get an idea of who you are and what has gotten you to where you are today. Then, we come together as a group, all 3 of us and begin to tackle some of the challenges you are facing. Throughout our sessions we discuss topics such as communication, how to decode each other's messages. What love and respect means and why it is important. I will give you a quiz to determine your love language and talk about how to keep one another's love tank full. We go over this crazy cycle of arguing and not having any positive results, I messages, and so much more! I will send you some videos and we will do some skills practice here and there as I see fits. I have had couples that were already separated and some even divorced that learned how to make it work. I know that if you truly commit yourself to your relationship, that can be you too.❤️

As far as individuals, I make it my mission to discover the root cause of your fears, challenging beliefs, and/ set backs. I believe all of us are given a gift and a purpose. I am here to lead you to it! I begin by asking you questions about yourself, the present, and a little bit about your past. Once I get a good feel of where you are in life and what has made you who you are today, together, we will establish a vision, goals, and a plan that includes action steps to get you there. I will also provide you with tools and resources, such as videos, worksheets, and mental exercises I have put together that will keep you engaged and motivated throughout the process. I do all of this thru talk therapy, CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy), NLP (neurolinguistic programming), and more. Feel free to contact me if you have any questions. I have always enjoyed working with people and helping them take their life to the next level. Years ago, I started as a volunteer. I have worked with the court system, juvenile hall, mentor groups, parent training, domestic violence, anger management, you name it, I've done it! I did all of this while working in finance. One day my other passion for the job I derived income from (finance), vanished. So, I went on a mission to find my purpose. As time went by, God open doors and closed doors and led me to where I am today!
