I have been practicing therapy for more than 25 years. Every person needs to feel seen, understood and valued and it is often the lack of this experience that leads to unhappiness. My goal with therapy is for each client to understand the beliefs and behaviors that are holding them back from attaining their goals. I have a spiritual foundation that helps people have a broader perspective than the one that is currently troubling them and keeping them stuck. My style of therapy is a compilation of all of the methods I have learned on my own journey to heal trauma and chronic pain; I seek to help each client know they are loved and empowered to live the life they will find fullfilling.

I am very passionalte about my work and the people I work with. I value that they have let me help guide them on their personal journey of healing.
