I provide the healing space, compassion and non-judgment for you to grow and expand. While I'm holding the space for your growth, I'm also challenging and supporting you in your dream goals! I have a background in counseling (9 years). I also have numerous trainings in life coaching as well as energy healing. I combine my trainings and my experience to help you release anything that is keeping you stuck.
I LOVE connecting with people and seeing their light and love. I love being a witness to their transformation. I love seeing the light in people's eyes when they talk about their dreams. I also love when people have "aha's" and insights into how they can solve their own problems.

During the first appointment, we get clear on what difficulties you are having now. We also get clear on what you want to achieve. What would you like to get out of our sessions? How do you want to feel when we are done? Based on those questions, then we move forward on working towards our goals.
