Sacred Journeys Within is a space where I bring sacred tools in to help facilitate your own healing journey. I'm a master reiki teacher/practioner, sacred space creator and an angelic link with 15+ years of experience. I am certified in several healing modalities and always learning something new. "As the teacher, always the student," I say!
I love working with individuals who are just curious. And those that are ready and open to healing tend to seek out healing. We may start on a physical level and end up on a mental, emotional or energetic level most always. Pain and trauma show up in your energetic field first then moves into physical if not resolved. Old injuries, new injuries makes no matter. Reiki energy is is an Intelligent energy and goes where it is needed.

I adhere to all HIPPA laws and Reiki Ethics and protocols in my practice. I always strive to provide a supportive, safe and gentle space for you to heal.
I specialize in long distance healing and find it "quite effective" as many say! **ALL HEALINGS ARE REMOTE. ** You can enjoy a session with me from the comfort of your own home. No anxiety traveling to and from and no travel fees. You can relax and just let Reiki do the healing.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer an initial short consultation via phone, email or Zoom.
We can discuss areas of interest, address any concerns and clarify your goals and expectations for your healing session. The next step would be to schedule 1 or a series of reiki sessions to initiate the healing process.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Master Reiki practioner and teacher trained and certified in tradional Usui Reiki. I do various forms of reiki and energy work. I really enjoy sound and vibrational healing. Chakra cleansing and realignment. I also love to help others learn to create sacred space.
; Long distance healings currently are my favorite. **Energy healing has no time and space constraints. Believe it or not distance healings are just as powerful if not more!**

How did you get started in this business?
My healing journey started with a sharp pain in my right knee that persisted over a year. Until I had an improptu free reiki session with 2 healers in 2007. It changed my life!!! My pain ended that day and curiosity caught the best of me. I then went on to learn reiki for myself, and family. Soon, I became drawn to heal and offer my gifts to my community with joy.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I currently work with adults and children with various belief systems. Working with animals as well is always a joy.
Dealing with physical, emotional, spiritual ailments. Discord and dis-ease starts in your energetic field first before becoming physical. As a reiki practitioner I use my hands (hands off or gentle touch) to deliver a flow of energy to your body to improve, balance and restore your universal life energy energy.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Talk with the practioner that you'd like to work with to see if you resonate with them first. Then work out a schedule that is mutually beneficial for both parties. Then enjoy your journey!
