I'm a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with a general practitioner practice. My view of counseling is holistic, incorporating CBT, DBT, meditation, hypnotherapy, depth psychology, spiritual process (and spiritual crisis guidance), and other supportive interventions. I work with individuals, couples, families, teens and children (over 5 years of age).
I enjoy helping clients on the journey of recovery or the journey of self-realization and further fulfillment.
