I've been a certified life coach and mental health & wellness practitioner for 6 years. I genuinely care for people and want to help them in enhancing their quality of life. I work diligently to always create a supportive environment and safe space for my clients to begin their healing journey. Practicing self-care techniques with positive affirmations that encourage self-love are our first priority. I practice several modalities and hold certifications in cognitive behavioral therapy, healing touch therapy and more. We can discuss your goals and preferences in a free consultation. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin with a free 15 minute consultation to discuss the work that will be done during our sessions and see if the relationship is a good fit for both parties.
I always want to make sure my client is receiving the correct treatment, encouragement and/or therapy that will allow them to move forward and achieve their self-development goals.
After the free consultation, we begin first session. During this session we work to identify future needs and begin working on activities and exercises that support the clinets goals.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been working as a Mental Health & Wellness Coach for 5 years, working with many diverse backgrounds and ages. I have received certifications for CBT, NLP and DBT therapies which I use frequently in my coaching practice.
I studied Psychology in Seattle nd and currently working on my Masters in Counselling.
