I offer client focused counseling for late adolescence, teens, adults and mature adults 65 and over. I specialize in depression, anxiety, trauma, PTSD, relationships and family. With specific experience and expertise with individuals of all ages seeking a change in life. Things like finding your passion and life path, navigating through life, depression, emotional stress, anxiety and creating balance. Using different techniques, practices and theories to create your own path and direction. I work with several techniques, practices and theories from traditional to spiritual to help you in creating and setting goals in emotional, personal, educational, professional and lifestyle.
Ultimately you are the master of your own destiny. Whether it be emotional, personal, educational, professional or your mental health the thought of making a change can be scary and intimidating. You can do nothing or settle for less than you deserve simply because you’re afraid of that change. It’s easy to let the fear stop you from living your best life and to its full potential. You could live your whole life wondering what life could have been if you hadn’t let fear get in the way.

Counseling isn't meant to be permanent. My role as a counselor is to guide and support you through self discovery. With the goals to understand, process and find solutions in a relative amount of time so that you can get back to life and feel JOY again. Depression, anxiety, trauma/PTSD, life direction, relationships/family and career are my specialties.
It's important to find the right fit when looking for a counselor and is essential to your success. I offer a complimentary 30 minute phone consultation. I work with individuals, couples, adults, late teens, family's and elders. I offer in person (Barkley Village area, Bellingham) and online counseling through a secure platform.
